Previous Cycle added to Date Range Picker

The Shape team added a new date range to the Budget View Decision Grid to make it easier to view data for different Budget Cycles. Now, when you click the date range picker in the Budget View Decision Grid, you can select date ranges such as the current cycle and previous cycle as well as yesterday, last 7 days, last month, and this month.
The previous cycle toggle is especially helpful for companies that have Shape budgets that track spend on unique Budget cycles (ex: 5th - 4th of next month or a 14-day recurring flight).
