Adding Custom Values to Clients & Budgets
You will need to manually enter data into static Custom Value fields after you've created them. Dynamic Custom Values do not need to be entered and will be automatically calculated for you.
Information on how to create Custom Values can be found here.
How to Apply Custom Values to Clients
1. Once you've created the Custom Values you want to apply at the Client level, navigate to the main Dashboard and click the Decision Grid.
2. Make sure you are on the Clients tab on the Decision Grid.
3. You can add Custom Values in two ways: Settings Forms and Quick Edits.
3.1 Settings Forms
3.1.1 To access the settings form, select the check box next to one or multiple client names (selecting multiple will apply the same Custom Value to multiple Clients in bulk). Click the pencil icon to navigate to the settings form.
3.1.2. Click the Custom tab. Then on the Custom Values screen, enter any static Custom Values that apply to the Client.
3.1.3 Click "Save Settings"
3.2 Quick Edits
3.2.1 To use quick edits instead of settings forms, navigate to the dashboard (Clients tab).
3.2.2 Click the eye icon in the Decision Grid navigation bar and make sure your Custom Values are checked.
3.2.3 Columns should appear with your Custom Values as headers. Click the pencil icon to edit a Client's Custom Value.
3.2.4 A Quick Edit form will appear. Enter your Custom Value and hit Enter (on your keyboard) to Save or Tab (to save and move on to the next Client)
