Yes, you can! The creation and ongoing management of Instagram ad campaigns occurs in the Facebook Ads Manager. The good news is that you do not need to sync Facebook and Instagram accounts separately to manage your clients' Instagram spend!

Simply add your Facebook Business Manager account or individual Facebook account as a data source in Shape. Active Instagram campaigns will automatically import into Shape for you to add to Budgets.
