If you've upgraded to one of our Premium packages and need to adjust your payment information, plan, or discount, you can easily do so from our "Billing" screen.
Note: You must have Admin access to view and update the Billing screen.
The Subscription Details section displays the payment information associated with your account, including the date of your next billing.
If you need to update your billing information for any reason, you can easily update your payment method in the "Change Card" section. After you hit submit your changes, your new payment information will reflect in the "Subscription Details" section.
Should you need to change your plan for any reason, you can easily do so from the "Change Subscription" section of the Billing page. You can switch between Starter and Pro packages, update your monthly spend threshold, or choose an upfront six- or twelve-month payment to receive a discount on Shape.
Should you need to deactivate your Shape subscription for any reason, you can easily do so by selecting "Delete Subscription" in the bottom right-hand corner of the Billing screen.
