Launching Company-Level Reports

1. Navigate to your Shape Dashboard

2. Click on the Company Reports icon in the Tools toolbar

3. Select which type of report you want to generate on the Company Reports page and click that report.

4. If you're asked to login to Google, follow the directions to do so. Next click Open Report to go directly to the report. Or, you can add team members or external contacts (non-Shape users) to the report by entering their email where it says "Share report with people."

5. To share, enter an email. Hit return or enter to ensure it's added. Then click "SEND".

 

Launching Client-Level Reports

1. Navigate to your Shape Dashboard and click a client's name to navigate to a Client View. 

2. Click on the Client Reports icon in the Tools toolbar

3. Select which type of report you want to generate on the Client Reports page and click that report.

4. If you're asked to login to Google, follow the directions to do so. Next click Open Report to go directly to the report. Or, you can add team members or external contacts (non-Shape users) to the report by entering their email where it says "Share report with people."

Launching Budget-Level Reports

1. Navigate to your Shape Dashboard. Click a client's name to navigate to a Client View, then click a Budget to navigate to the Budget View.

2. Click on the Budget Reports icon in the Tools toolbar

3. Select which type of report you want to generate on the Budget Reports page and click that report.

4. If you're asked to login to Google, follow the directions to do so. Next click Open Report to go directly to the report. Or, you can add team members or external contacts (non-Shape users) to the report by entering their email where it says "Share report with people."

5. To share, enter an email. Hit return or enter to ensure it's added. Then click "SEND".
