As a user of Shape, you have the ability to customize which alerts you see and when. To enable or disable certain alerts, follow the directions below.

New Campaign Alerts 

New campaign alerts will automatically appear each time you add a new campaign to a data source. You'll be notified of the account and campaign name so you can assign the campaign to a Budget as needed.

 

SmartSync Alerts

To enable SmartSync alerts, follow the directions below: 

  1. Navigate to the Budget you are enabling SmartSync for.
  2. Select the pencil icon on the upper-right hand side of the Budget screen.
  3. Select "Automation" from the left-hand menu.
  4. Enable SmartSync by "enable" in the drop-down. Select "Save Changes" on the left-hand menu.
  5. You'll be notified by an in-platform alert when a new campaign is automatically added to a Client's Budget.

Budget Alerts

To enable Budget alerts, follow the directions below: 

  1. Navigate to the Budget you would like Budget alerts for. 
  2. Select the pencil icon on the upper-right hand side of the Budget screen.
  3. Select "Alerting" from the left-hand menu.
  4. In the "Alert me when remaining budget reaches:" section, select what percentages of Budget remaining you want to be alerted at. Select "Save Changes."
  5. In the Tags screen, click the "Edit" pencil icon for your Team Member Tag. 
  6. If not enabled, toggle "Email Alerts" to "Enable." 
  7. Ensure your client is selected on the "Clients" checklist.
  8. You'll be notified by in-platform alert and email each time a Budget nears the percentage of Budget threshold spent that you set.

AutoPilot Alerts

To enable AutoPilot alerts, follow the directions below:

  1. Ensure that your campaigns have AutoPilot enabled. To do so navigate to the Budget Settings page for "Automation" and ensure AutoPilot is enabled.  
  2. Navigate to the Tags screen and ensure that your Team Member Tag has Email Alerts enabled for your chosen client. To do so make sure "Email Alerts" is toggled to Enable and that in the "Clients" field, the name of your Client has a check mark next to it.
  3. You'll be notified by email each time Shape pauses a campaign because your Budget has reached it Budget cap.

What's New Alerts

What new alerts will automatically appear when the Shape team launches something new! Make sure you check "What's New" alerts periodically to discover new, helpful features.
