Youtube Daily Budget Changes

Release Date: September 4, 2020

Shape now allows platform users to make changes to Youtube campaign daily budgets. This means that Youtube campaigns also now work with CruiseControl, our automated budget pacing tool that makes daily budget changes to help you hit your Budget targets. NOTE: Shape still can't edit Youtube campaign statuses. 

Two-Way API Changes at Ad Group/Ad Set Level - Shape API

Release Date: September 15, 2020

Shape has enhanced two-way functionality for our Shape API. Shape API users can now make the following changes to platforms:

• Google and Bing Ad Group status changes
• Google and Bing Ad Group cpc_bid changes
• Google Ad Group cpm_bid changes
• Facebook Ad Set status changes
• Facebook Ad Set daily budget changes

Updated Support Widget

Release Date: September 29, 2020

You may notice a new and improved support widget in our platform. The support widget can be accessed by clicking the ? the icon in the bottom right-hand corner of any view in the platform. 

The updated widget allows you to search our help articles more easily and adds additional functionality when you submit a support ticket (such as including an attachment).
