Filtering Views with Tags

Shape understands that you don't always want to or need to see all your organization's data and Clients at once. 

Filtering by Tags

Anywhere in Shape

• Click the tag/heart icon at the top of the screen on the right-hand side
• Enter your desired Tags in the "Select a Tag" field that appears on the right side of the screen. Select your desired tag(s) and click "Save".
• Your screen will automatically refresh to include only clients with your selected tag(s).

Tags Page

• Navigate to the Tags page
• At the top of the screen, find the "Activate Tags" button. 
• Enter your desired Tags in the "Select a Tag" field that appears on the right side of the screen. Select your desired tag(s) and click "Save."

• Navigate back to the Dashboard to see only your selected Clients by tag
