Change History Report

What's New:

Have you ever searched Shape to try to determine when a budget cap was changed or which team member enabled AutoPilot on a campaign? With the Shape Change History report, you can now see what changes were made to your clients, budgets, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, tags, notes and more. The report provides details including what type of change occurred, where the change occurred (which budget and campaign for example), who made the change, and what time the change occurred.

Top-of-Screen Navigation Menu

What's New:

When in the Shape platform, you may notice that the look of the information at the top of your screen has changed. The header has been changed to provide more context about where you are in the app, as well as provide breadcrumbs to help you navigate more easily between pages. 

For example, if you navigate to a Budget page for one of your clients, you'll see the view below indicating that you are on the Budget Dashboard and including the name of the Budget. 

Clicking the Budget name on the right-hand side of the header will cause a navigation menu to appear. You can use the links in that menu to navigate to other pages or click your company name to navigate back to the main dashboard.

LinkedIn Data Source Change

What's New:

LinkedIn has changed how tools such as Shape display certain information associated with LinkedIn Data Sources. Previously, when you synced a LinkedIn Data Source, the email you synced would display on the Data Sources page under the LinkedIn icon. 

Moving forward, you'll see a combination of your user name and an alphanumeric code instead of an email. This will not affect your Data Source in any way except for how it's displayed.
