Checklist: Link a Data Source

Navigate to the Data Sources page.

Select the "Sync New Account" button at the top of the screen.

Click the Data Source you wish to sync.

Enter your login credentials when prompted.

Accept requests for Shape to access your ad data.

• If successful, you will receive a notification your data is being prepared.
• If not successful, please contact our team at support@shape.io.

Repeat for all applicable Data Sources you wish to link.

Note: Adding multiple data sources with access to the same accounts, will cause duplicate campaigns to appear in the “Add Budgets” form.

To avoid this, you can:

1) Sync 1 top-level MCC/Manager account per ad network

2) Or, filter the “Add Budgets” form by choosing a data source first.
