Updating Billing Information

If you've upgraded to one of our Premium packages and need to adjust your payment information or plan, you can easily do so from our "Billing" screen. 

Note: You must have Admin access to view and update the Billing screen.

Subscription Details

The Subscription Details section displays the payment information associated with your account, including the date of your next billing, and allows you to change your subscription plan.

You can switch between Starter and Pro packages, update your monthly spend threshold, or delete your Shape subscription.

Change Card 

If you need to update your billing information for any reason, you can easily update your payment method in the "Payment Information" section. You can add a secondary payment method as well. After you hit submit your changes, your new payment information will reflect in the "Payment Information" section.

Delete Subscription

If you need to deactivate your Shape subscription, you can easily do so by clicking "Change Subscription" in the Subscription Details section. Scroll to the bottom and then click the select "Delete Subscription" in the bottom right-hand corner of the Billing screen.
