Exporting and Printing Data Studio/Looker Studio Reports

Data Studio/Looker Studio allows users to export PDF versions of their reports. Follow the step-by-step guide to learn how.

Data Studio/Looker Studio supports an export to PDF option.

To export a report:

• Navigate to your Data Studio/Looker Studio report.
• Select the "Share" icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen

• Click "Download Report"
• Select if you want to export all pages or individual pages using the checkboxes
• Optionally, select if you want to:
  • Ignore custom background color
  • Add a link back to the report
  • Password protect report
• Click "Download."
